The NBC, ABC and CBS Sunday public affairs programs saw double-digit year-over-year growth in both total viewers and the key news demo. Fox fell year-over-year in both categories, perhaps due in part to Bret Baier filling in for Chris Wallace, who undoubtedly was prepping to moderate Wednesday night’s third and final presidential debate. Meet The Press with Chuck Todd secured the No. 1 spot on Oct. 16, both in total viewers and in the news demo. This was the third straight across the board victory for the program. (TVNewser)
