Twitter is rolling out a new feature that lets any user on the web remove a follower without blocking them, an action also known as a “soft block.” (The Verge)
Removed followers won’t see your tweets on their timelines, although they will still be able to direct message you. They won’t be notified of the removal, but they’ll also be able to follow you again unless you block them. (CNET)
