The image for the two-part Cursed Child depicts a young boy huddled in a nest with wings. Although Rowling has been quiet about the plot, written with Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, who will also direct, producer Sonia Friedman said: “It’s safe to say that The Cursed Child picks up from where The Deathly Hallows ended.” Another poster indicated that the play was set “19 years on” from the last film in the franchise. The play will feature a storyline that revolves around an adult Harry and his youngest son, Albus. “It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn’t much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children,” reads the summary of the project revealed by Rowling and her team of theater collaborators.
