Kevin Hart Launching Streaming Comedy Service, Focused on Next Generation of Talent

Starting next month, fans of Kevin Hart can stream his specials plus hand-selected and produced content from Hart himself. (Adweek)

The actor has set a slate of several comedies, unscripted series and licensed programming for the Aug. 3 launch of his online comedy network, Laugh Out Loud. (THR)

The service will feature content created, produced by and starring digital comedy talent including GloZell, King Bach, Emmanuel Hudson, DC Young Fly, Draya Michelle, David So, Timothy DeLaGhetto and Anjelah Johnson (MADtv, viral sensation Bon Qui Qui), among others. The service will also feature up-and-coming comedians curated by Hart through LOL showcases at events, including a partnership with the Just for Laughs comedy festival. (Deadline)

The Laugh Out Loud app will be available for free on iOS and Android on Aug. 3. Users will have the option to pay $2.99 per month for an ad-free viewing experience and access to binge-watch all episodes of current seasons. (Variety)
