Fox has announced that Hicks will be based in Los Angeles for the new gig. 21st Century Fox announced late last year that it would sell off many of its entertainment properties to Disney, leaving Fox News, Fox Business Network and the national Fox Sports networks, along with the Fox broadcast network and local affiliates, to form what owner Rupert Murdoch labeled “the new Fox.” (Politico)
