With Fox News solidifying its opinion-heavy, prime-time lineup, network executives have now fine-tuned the news-centric daytime schedule. (TVNewser)

Harris Faulkner will anchor a new program at 1 p.m. ET called Outnumbered Overtime with Harris Faulkner, which originally debuted as a weekday web show led by Faulkner following the TV version. Dana Perino will host a news and analysis program called The Daily Briefing with Dana Perino at 2 p.m. ET—which just happens to be an hour often dominated by White House press briefings and other breaking news from Washington. Sandra Smith, meanwhile, will be co-anchoring America’s Newsroom with Bill Hemmer at 9 a.m. The changes kick in Monday, Oct. 2. (Mediaite)
