A blockbuster lawsuit by the U.S. government against Google’s ad business will go to trial in September, according to a federal judge. The trial is scheduled to begin Sept. 9, District Judge Leonie Brinkema said in court documents filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. (CNN)

The lawsuit, filed in January 2023, accuses Google of monopolizing the market for digital advertising and undermining competition. The government has said that Google should be forced to sell its ad manager suite. (Reuters)
