Felicity Huffman Pleads Guilty in College Admissions Scandal

Felicity Huffman on Monday pleaded guilty in Boston federal court to a charge brought against her in the nationwide college admissions scandal. (THR)

Federal prosecutors recommended a four-month prison sentence, a $20,000 fine and 12 months of supervised release. Huffman is scheduled to be sentenced on Sept. 13. (Variety)

Prosecutors said Huffman, 56, shelled out $15,000 to have wrong answers corrected on daughter Sofia Grace Macy’s SAT exam, leading to a remarkably improved score from the teen’s PSAT performance, prosecutors said. (NBC News)
