Facebook Removed 200 Pages, Groups and Accounts in the Philippines

Facebook’s ongoing battle against coordinated inauthentic behavior shifted to the Philippines, as 67 Facebook pages, 68 Facebook accounts, 40 Facebook groups and 25 Instagram accounts were removed this week. (Adweek)

Additionally, changes to the process of running political and issue advertising in the European Union—which Facebook initially revealed in January and further detailed later that month—were implemented last week in the run-up to the EU Parliamentary elections in May. (Adweek)
