If there’s anything Fox Corp. wanted advertisers to take away from its upfronts presentation Monday afternoon, it’s that smaller—and less complicated—is better. (Adweek)

“What would you do if you had the chance to start all over again?” Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier said opening the presentation, calling Fox the “ultra-rare opportunity to create a company from the ground up” before pointing at his new bosses, Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch, who were in the audience. Fox trotted out the cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 to promote the meta revival’s summer debut. Gabrielle Carteris, Jennie Garth, Brian Austin Green, Jason Priestley, Tori Spelling and Ian Ziering, the gang was all there—except for Shannen Doherty. (TheWrap)

Fox NFL Sunday host Terry Bradshaw has apologized for “offensive comments” he made about actor-comedian Ken Jeong during Fox’s upfront presentation in New York on Monday. During his appearance at the Beacon Theatre, Bradshaw made mention of having been eliminated from competition on another Fox series, The Masked Singer, by “Alan Thicke and the little short guy from Japan.” (Variety)
