Yeah, so some people took umbrage with my comments about the DieHard/Gary Numan spot, but we actually dig it a bit. We’re just busting chops as AgencySpy is wont to do. Anyhow, here’s the second spot for the car battery brand that comes to us courtesy of Y&R Chicago and Zoo Films director James Frost (who helmed OK Go and Radiohead music videos among others). This time, the setting is the Mojave desert where a Platinum battery goes head-to-head against a .458 caliber guide rifle, with its bullet speeding at 2000 feet per second.
