We Hear: Eby Replaces Neumann at Wunderman Chicago

Well, a phone call has confirmed that Scott Neumann, who has served as SVP/ECD at Wunderman3, Chicago/Y&R Brands for the last two years, is no longer with the agency. Word is that the 20-year marketing vet, who was originally a GCD at Wunderman Cato Johnson before joining TracyLocke and serving as managing partner/ECD in 1998, has stepped down to explore new opportunities.

His replacement, we hear, is one James Eby, a 15-year Wunderman vet whose most recent title was SVP/GCD. We’re still trying to determine what Eby’s exact title is, but all signs point to ECD.
