Draftfcb and GlobalHue have rolled out their new respective spots for the 2010 U.S. Census. Other than sharing the same client and production company (Rabbit), the agencies’ ideas clearly differ when delivering the message in that one opts for playful (“Biffle-de-Sac”) and the other one poignant (“Silent Chant”).
