Tuesday Morning Stir

By Patrick Coffee

-CP+B London brings Captain Obvious to the U.K. in a new Hotels.com campaign (video above).

-Jack Link’s appointed Cincinnati-based independent agency Empower as its media agency of record.

-MTZHF is is relaunching “Think Faster” for Audi with a Reddit campaign.

-Among the many things digital advertising is disrupting, aka destroying: local media.

-The Digital Advertising Alliance is set to regulate political ads ahead of the upcoming midterm elections. (Don’t worry, this doesn’t really apply to you.)

-More relevant is the fact that Kimberly-Clark named a new CMO right smack in the middle of its big global creative review.

RIP Larry Culpepper.
