-IPG-owned GolinHarris has appointed Charlie Tercek, a former creative at Ogilvy and McGarryBowen among others, as its new ECD. Tercek will be based in GolinHarris’s Los Angeles office.

-The folks at Toronto-based Blammo Worldwide have launched a new PSA for Project Winter Survival, a grassroots organization that provides thousands of survival kits for the homeless in the former’s hometown (above).

-MRM redesigned the website for the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center, including redeveloped the platform, user experience, and content. The project was done pro bono. link

-Former CP+B digital/interactive developer Doug Kleeman has joined Raleigh, NC-based Baldwin& as planner, a new post at the latter agency. Kleeman, like all other new Baldwin& hires, has taken on a self-assigned alter ego/title, his being “Recon Op.”

-Fallon London partner/CMO Chris Willingham has left the agency after eight years to spend some time with family. link

-Blitz alum Leila Amirsadeghi has joined Hollywood, CA-based entertainment marketing agency Trailer Park as VP, client engagement.
