New York indie agency The Terri & Sandy Solution, which recently won attention on this blog for a clever OOO stunt congratulating its fellow New York-area Effie Award winners and proclaiming itself “The Agency You Had to Google” — has a new campaign to promote client Freshpet.
We all know how much people love their pets, and this campaign’s hook involved customers who write letters/social media notes to the client thanking them for having such a dramatic influence on their dogs’ work/life balance.
Here’s the full :60 spot:
Another spot after the jump.
Here’s an explanation of how they recruited these stars:
“In partnership with Freshpet, The Terri & Sandy Solution conducted a social outreach, interviewing a wide variety of pet parents who had previously written to Freshpet through either the Freshpet website or other owned social platforms like Facebook.”
The campaign also involves a microsite highlighting the real letters mentioned above as well as digital pre-roll and display banners, paid posts on social media channels and a Facebook campaign playing on the hashtag #TuesdayTransformation.
As dog owners, we totally get it. We’re just too lazy to write letters.
