The Mars Agency expanded its creative team with the arrival of four senior hires.

Jason Jakubiak and David Wysocki joined the agency in roles as vice president, group creative director, while Jim Feltz and Jason Parzuchowski will serve as creative directors.

“The world and our industry are changing rapidly. Agencies need to know how to unearth brand growth opportunities in all channels. They have to find new ways to creatively drive conversations, consideration and purchases, today and tomorrow,” The Mars Agency North America CEO Rob Rivenburgh said in a statement.

“I came to The Mars Agency with the mission to build the most agile and innovative group ofbusiness-minded, creative professionals. In the past eight months, we’ve added 25 new creatives in our NYC, Chicago and Detroit offices, all with very diverse skill sets and backgrounds to support the current team, added chief creative officer Suzanna Bierwirth, who joined the agency in April.

Jakubiak and Wysocki both arrive at The Mars Agency from Doner Detroit, where they each spent over two decades. Wysocki spent the past seven years as a creative director, leading branding and design strategy for clients including Macy’s, ADT, Autotrader.com, Choice Hotels and Harman/Kardon.

“From what we were hearing in the industry, The Mars Agency has hit its tipping point. The agency wants to evolve the meaning of content, and what makes brand products more shoppable and purchase-worthy. We wanted to be on the cutting edge of that,” Jaubiak explained in a statement.

Felz arrives at the agency from Campbell Ewald, where he spent the last 17 years and most recently served as associate creative director. During his time with Campbell Ewald, he worked with clients including Domino’s, Unilever, USAA and White Castle.
