Team One Appoints Jennifer Bolt to Lead Idea Communication Team

Fully integrated agency Team One is investing in an increased focus on emerging digital, content and distribution channels in 2016, as evident by its appointment of Jennifer Bolt as executive director, idea communication. In the role, Bolt will be responsible for paid, earned, owned and shared media, while leading the agency’s idea communication team, which includes experiential marketing, strategic alliances and partnerships, public relations, search and media planning and buying across all platforms.

Bolt arrives at the agency from Horizon Media, where she has served as senior vice president, managing director beginning in April of 2014. Prior to joining Horizon Media, she spent ten months as chief strategy officer for Billups Worldwide in Texas. Before that she founded Skylight Strategy, who advised digital media and mobile companies working with national and global brands on advertising and growth strategy. That followed stints of roughly a year and a half as executive director, media services and innovation at TraceyLocke and senior vice president, chief strategy officer at ad tech startup rVue. Bolt also served an earlier stint at TraceyLocke as director, media services for over three years, followed by a three-year run as senior vice president, media innovation at The Integer Group. Over the course of her career she has worked with clients including Taco Bell, Pepsi, KFC, MillerCoors, Pizza Hut, Royal Caribbean and Johnson & Johnson.
