
RPA hired Marlon Hernandez as vice president, group creative director, tasking him with managing its digital design group.
Hernandez joins RPA from Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles, where he has served as a creative director since October of 2013, focusing on Toyota’s digital account, following a period as a freelance creative director with Saatchi & Saatchi and Digital Kitchen.
Before that he spent over two and a half years as a creative director with TBWA\Chiat\Day, focusing on Pepsi’s digital account while also working on Tostitos and Adidas.
That followed a year and a half as interactive design director with CP+B, where he worked with brands including Burger King, Microsoft and Volkswagen. He has also spent time as a creative director and art director with R/GA, working with clients including Nike, Verizon, Subaru, IBM and Verizon.
