Rhinnan Kith has joined 10 Thousand Design, a Minneapolis brand design firm owned by Colle McVoy.

As design director, she will be tasked with directing design-centric projects and creating brand experiences, from print to digital to fully integrated campaigns.

“Rhinnan has an amazing background and impeccable design sensibilities,” said Ed Bennett, executive design director at 10 Thousand Design, in a statement. “Design now plays a bigger role in the branding process and the entire marketing communications landscape, and she understands the complex needs of today’s challenging marketplace and can create blended experiences where every brand interaction matters.”

Throughout her career, she’s worked brands including Puma, Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Paul Frank, Burton Snowboards, Schwinn, Nixon, Rip Curl, Quiksilver and Roxy.

Kith has also lent her talents to several design shops, including Liquid Agency, Nemo Design and Kamp Grizzly.

“I was drawn to 10 Thousand Design because of its unique situation—a young, design-focused boutique agency with the support and infrastructure of a full-service ad firm,” said Kith in a statement. “I look forward to being an integral part of the agency’s growth during this exciting time when the mandate of design is evolving and growing beyond its traditional scope and becoming an indispensable part of the experience of our lives.”

MDC Partners shop Colle McVoy spun out 10 Thousand Design as a standalone firm in 2016.
