R/GA, TBWA Vet Leaves Under Armour to Join Weber Shandwick as Executive Creative Director

Weber Shandwick hired Christopher Ferguson as executive vice president, executive creative director.

Ferguson will be tasked with leading a team of creatives in Washington, D.C., Baltimore and Dallas.

He arrives at Weber Shandwick from Under Armour, where he spent the last three years as senior global creative director. Prior to going client-side he spent four years as a creative director with R/GA, working on Nike Running and Google, followed by two and a half years as an executive creative director with Tribal Worldwide, managing creative for the agency’s New York headquarters. Before joining R/GA he spent five years as a creative director with TBWA\Chiat\Day, working with clients such as Disney, Sony, Sprint/Nextel and Embassy Suites.
