62Above made two new hires to fuel media activities across its client portfolio. Nate Leach joins as media supervisor and Yifei Ye joins as paid media coordinator.

Adam&eveDDB appointed two new joint head of integrated production. Nikki Cramphorn and Sally Pritchett will lead the agency’s production department across all creative mediums.

Alto

Alto brought on creative duo Dan Kroeger and Pierre Janneau-Houllier as its new executive creative directors and partners. The two have worked together on globally recognized campaigns for brands like Beats, Apple and Expedia and have worked at agencies including Wieden+Kennedy, Ogilvy New York and 180 LA.

B-Reel

B-Reel promoted Zack McDonald to chief creative officer. In this role, McDonald will lead creative work across the agency’s offices in Stockholm and New York.

Brandzooka

Brandzooka hired Rob McKinney as its chief product officer. With over 20 years of industry leadership experience, McKinney brings experience building product at Homebot, Peterson’s and Welltok.

Camp Lucky

Camp Lucky welcomed producer Alex Bronner to its roster. Bronner has produced projects for brands like Yeti, Whataburger, Levi’s and Samsung and has a deep understanding of the collective process of creating content.

Constellation

Constellation recently received a significant equity investment from growth equity investment firm Newlight Partners. The agency plans to use the funds to add key talent to its team and scale its presence across new industries, including pharmaceuticals.

Dentsu Health

Dentsu Health hired Eduardo Tavares as its executive creative director. Tavares will concept and deliver creative campaigns, which merge data and technology with craft, to drive value for clients across the health and wellness and pharmaceutical sectors.

Elmwood

Global brand and design consultancy Elmwood made two new appointments at its U.K. studio. Christine Lewington joined as strategy director and Gabrielle Sutherland joined as client partner.

French/West/Vaughan

French/West/Vaughan promoted six associates to positions across its agency network. Kaitlyn DeSimone was promoted to account supervisor, Anne Bowers, Madeline Hiller and Lauren French to senior account executive, Sarah Grace Johnson to social media and influencer marketing specialist and Ben Pejko to assistant account executive.

Fuseideas

Fuseideas is kicking off a year of significant expected growth with a senior of new hires and returns to the agency. Rafael Feliz will serve as creative director, Alex McManus as associate media director, JP Blasi as media coordinator, Mary Kate O’Connor as account manager and Olivia Rasmussen as content specialist.

Hey Wonderful

Hey Wonderful signed award-winning filmmaker Matteo Mosterts for commercial representation. Mosterts has directed campaigns for Amazon and Cisco, as well as short films like Afternoon Delight, Faith and Wally’s Will.

Horizon Media Canada

Horizon Media Canada is bolstering its senior employees to form the core of its executive leadership team. Sheri Rogers was promoted to executive vice president, business solutions, Michael Mills was promoted to vice president, marketing and growth and Jarrod Charron was hired as vice president, business solutions.

Interrogate

Interrogate signed Amelia Hashemi to its directorial roster. Hashemi is the production company’s first U.S. signing, and is looking to share her whimsical storytelling with the U.S. advertising industry and to continue growing as a filmmaker.

Intersection

Intersection, an experience-driven out of home media and technology company, has elevated Sheri Ham to svp, head of national and programmatic sales. She was previously vp, head of programmatic sales and has played an integral part in driving Intersection’s growth in the programmatic channel.

Klue

Klue hired Clara Smyth as its director of competitive enablement services. Previously at Slack and Salesforce, Smyth will lead the agency’s customers to better understand their competitive landscape and make better go-to-market strategy decisions.

Lego Group

The Lego Group’s internal creative and strategic agency, Our Lego Agency, made two new senior appointments to meet the demands of the evolving consumer landscape. Lisa-Anne Taylor-Chong joined as director of business transformation and Ash Temple joined as director of global social creative.

Martin Agency

The Martin Agency welcomed five new members to its executive leadership committee. The additions include Bitta Dougherty, evp, executive partner, global, Jordan Muse, evp, executive partner, account leadership, Walker Teele, evp, executive partner, open architecture, Ashley Marshall, evp, executive creative director and Jordi Martinez, evp, executive creative director.

MediaMath

MediaMath brought on two new executive hires to drive product offerings and company operations. Manny Puentes joins as chief technology officer and Christine Napoli joins as chief financial officer. 

Momentum Worldwide

Momentum Worldwide promoted Sampson Yimer to director of diversity and strategic development. In addition to this role, Yimer will continue with his responsibilities as senior vice president and head of Momentum’s sponsorship consulting practice.

Moore

Heather Philpot joined Moore as executive vice president. With previous leadership roles at Tunnl and Data Axle, Philpot will create data-driven omnichannel marketing solutions for clients.

Ogilvy

Ogilvy promoted Imogen Coles to its U.K. influence lead role. With four years under her belt at the firm, Coles will now lead the U.K. influence team and build Ogilvy’s influence offer.

One Club for Creativity

The One Club for Creativity welcomed three new members to its board of directors. The new members include Sofia Hernandez, global head of business marketing at TikTok, Anselmo Ramos, co-founder and creative chairman at Gut and Liz Taylor, global chief creative officer at Ogilvy.

OneTag

OneTag brought on new senior hires to launch its U.K. operations and drive global expansion. Tom Jenen joined as chief revenue officer, Niki Stoker as global senior vice president of demand and Lina Adelt as global marketing officer.

Publicis Health Media

Publicis Health Media hired Ben Visich as its new senior vice president, product and solution design. Visich will lead the development of new solutions and products for the agency’s clients, specifically to anticipate evolution in the healthcare media landscape.

Rapp U.K.

Rapp U.K. promoted Allison Gilbert to the role of associate director of diversity, equity and inclusion for the U.S. and U.K. Gilbert will develop and implement DEI strategy and practices through client campaigns and the agency’s proposition of “Standing Up for Individuality.”

Republica Havas

Republica Havas, and its health arm Republica Havas Health, promoted three of their team leaders to managing director roles. Marcela Maurer was promoted to managing director at Republica Havas, Vanessa Bolanos to managing director at Republica Havas Health and Alexis Regalado to managing director at Republica Havas Group.

Spark & Riot

Spark & Riot hired Summer Griffiths as executive producer to lead its commercial division. Griffiths brings experience working on a variety of content with brands including Snapchat, Google, L’Oreal and Comcast.

Stand

Stand bolstered its senior leadership team with several new appointments. Georgie Howlett was promoted to managing director, Fleur Clarke was hired as head of content and creative and Claire Brady was hired as head of sustainability.

The Fifth

The Fifth agency is expanded its Los Angeles team with a key new hire. Brett Brown joined as head of creative, and will lead the agency in the midst of its explosive domestic growth.

The Variable

The Variable hired Keith Jackson, an industry veteran with past roles at Translation and Droga5, as executive vice president. Jackson will utilize new strategic leadership with client work to help drive business results through innovation and creativity.

Unicorns & Unicorns

Unicorns & Unicorns is kicking off the year with the addition of new east coast reps. Bobby Rowe and Sabrina Mehar, who together as a duo form Thick and Thin, joined from New York and Miami.

Varsity

Varsity promoted Rob Smith to executive creative director. Having been at the agency since 2006, Smith will guide the overall creative output of the agency, assist with its business development and oversee client work.

Vladimir Jones

Vladimir Jones hired Janet Oak, a veteran researcher and strategist, to its team as director of strategy and insights. Oak will focus on fueling the agency’s ability to create business breakthroughs for client brands.

VMLY&R Milan

VMLY&R Milan appointed Ricardo Dolla as its new executive creative director. Previously creative director EMEA for Colgate-Palmolive brands at VMLY&R Paris, Dolla will lead the creative team for clients including Lavazza, ITA Airlines and Franke.

Waypoint Partners

Waypoint Partners welcomed Deepa Shah as CFO and partner at the firm. With over 20 years of finance experience in roles at agencies like Hall & Partners/Omnicom and Publicis Sapient, Deepa will help the agency in redrawing what good advisory looks like and in what industries it operates.
