It’s Friday, so we’re back with the top announcements of hires, promotions and shifts for agencies everywhere from this past week.

Anomaly

Anomaly London hired Anthony Khaykin as its head of data. Khaykin will tap into his experience as group data strategy director at Droga5 to build and lead the company’s data analyst team.

Becca Falborn joined Assembly as its new executive producer of business development. Falborn will lead client base growth, commercial growth opportunities and services.

Attachment

Attachment hired Emma Shuldham as its new managing director. With over 20 years of entertainment industry experience, Shuldham will work to accelerate agency growth, scale its client portfolio and expand the company globally.

Blue Bottle Coffee

Simone Hodges joined Blue Bottle Coffee as head of global brand creative. Hodges will lead creative strategy and the development of all global brand initiatives, marketing campaigns and cross-channel editorial content.

B-Reel

B-Reel hired David Newsome as its global head of growth. As the first to hold this role, Newsome will drive new business and agency growth while also retaining teams.

Bray & Co

Bray & Co hired Eaon Pritchard as its new chief strategy officer. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Pritchard will influence all client projects and shape the agency’s strategic vision and growth.

Camp + King

Camp + King made two new hires to strengthen and lead its marketing and strategic initiatives. Jen Copeland joined as director of social strategy and Lisa Sobilo joined as group strategy director.

Chemistry

Chemistry made three new promotions to strengthen its executive leadership team. Christy Bates and Ashley Friedrich Hampton were both promoted to evp, client partnerships and Courtney Saul was promoted to evp, partnerships and experiments.

Crosby

Edward Farley joined Crosby as its new executive vice president. Farley will lead development of enterprise brand planning, integrated marketing campaigns and strategic sponsorships and partnerships for clients.

Croud

Croud promoted Audrey Lucy to chief people officer to support its global expansion. Lucy has experience working with brands like BBC, Microsoft and Convergys, and has been with the agency since September of 2022.

Cut+Run

The senior editor at Cut+Run, Jen Dean, was named chairperson at the 2023 AICP Post Awards. Dean’s career began at Lost Planet, she has since grown her editing career and gained experience studying under filmmakers like Stan Brakhage and Phil Solomon at University of Colorado at Boulder.

Dagger

Jason Hatfield was appointed senior vice president of account management. With over 20 years of experience at companies like Morrison and Bright red, Hatfield will lead and expand key accounts, develop relationships and seek out opportunities to drive value for Dagger’s clients.

Feld Advertising

Feld Advertising welcomed two new members to its executive leadership team. Elizabeth Dorrance joined as executive media director and Gordon Gray joined as chief client officer.

FGS Global

FGS Global welcomed former Medtronic chairman and chief executive Bill George as a senior advisor. George has served on a number of industry-leading boards, including Goldman Sachs, Exxon Mobil, Target, Novartis AG and Mayo Clinic.

FirmDecisions

Ardit Bejko was appointed managing director of North American business at FirmDecisions. Dejko will lead the a team of auditors and build out business in the North American territory.

Hayden5

Hayden5 hired May Nguyen as its new chief customer officer. Nguyen will oversee the company’s sales, marketing and account management across all three of its locations.

HeyLet’sGo

HeyLet’sGo hired Dave Loew as its new co-executive creative director. Loew brings experience from Ogilvy/Chicago and Leo Burnett, where he collaborated with brands like Coca-Cola, P&G, Allstate and Tyson.

Idea Grove

Idea Grove made four new promotions to strengthen its company leadership. Katie Long was promoted to president, Liz Cies to executive vice president, Cecil Cross to vice president of creative and social and Jarrett Rush to vice president of strategy and content.

Imaginary Forces

Imaginary Forces welcomed Leighton Greer as head of production. Greer will supervise projects and take them from bidding to final finishing stages for projects including feature films, episode content, game cinematics and premium commercials.

Incubeta

Jacques Van Niekerk joined Niekerk as a non-executive board member. Van Niekerk will help the company to meet the evolving demands of its clients and partners.

McCann London

McCann London welcomed three new leaders to its creative team. Regan Warner joined as executive creative director and Jacob Björdal and Jim Nilsson joined as creative directors.

Missing pieces

Missing pieces signed direct Jane Qian to its roster for commercial representation in the U.S. The award-winning director has collaborated with Toyota, Arm & Hammer, Tesla, Nike, Chevrolet and Disney.

Performance Art New York

Alex Sprouse joined Performance Art New York as its group creative director. Sprouse will drive creativity, growth and cross-functional collaborations for new and existing clients in the U.S.

Planit

Planit, a Baltimore communications, marketing and interactive agencies, has named Christine Boling director of human
resources. In her new role, Boling’s primary goal is to develop and implement the people strategy for Planit in alignment with agency goals.

Rain the Growth Agency

DTC advertising agency Rain the Growth Agency hired Mark Yesayian as its first chief strategy officer. Yesayian will serve as the company’s cross-functional strategic lead and support the agency’s business and growth strategy.

Quad

Quad welcomed Beth-Ann Eason to its board of directors. As a digital transformation leader, Eason will help guide the marketing experience company’s strategic growth efforts.

Sage Growth Partners

Sage Growth Partners made a series of promotions and new hires. The promotions include Emily Cohen to senior director of content services, John Gonda to vice president of public relations and media relations and Jeanne Ross to senior engagement manager. Hires include Bari Cener to senior account group director, Benjamin Kovalick to business analyst, Susan Krieger to public relations strategist and Amelia Rocchi to senior account group director.

Tait

Tait made two senior appointments to support and accelerate its growth. Gemma Hodgson was promoted to chief commercial officer and Jess Chalifoux was hired as vice president of global business development.

The&Partnership

The&Partnership made two new hires to its senior creative team. Justin Roth joined as executive creative director and Jacquline Bellmore as head of production.

Volt Studios 

Jenny Cadwell was named the executive producer at full-service content company Volt Studios. In this role, Cadwell will be working to build upon the agency’s reputation and success with clients like Subaru, Arby’s, Target and Walmart.

Wild Gift

Wild Gift signed directors Finns Pete Riski and Misko Iho for commercial representation in the U.S. The award-winning directors intend to bring a “Finnish sensibility” to the company’s roster.
