Revolving Door

March is closing out with some last minute additions to the Q1 roster for agencies everywhere.


Ana Bermudez was appointed svp, managing director at Alma. Previously the head of brand management at 72andSunny and the vp, managing director at The Community, Bermudez has worked with brands including Verizon, Zoom, Smirnoff, McDonald’s, Comcast and Trojan.


Astound Commerce

Astound Commerce hired Jerry Collazo as its new CFO. Collazo will provide strategic financial analysis and council, identifying opportunities to accelerate the company’s growth.


Cint is growing its APAC team, with its newest hire, Vanessa Adams, joining as vp of measurement and data solutions. Adams brings over 20 years of experience to the role, and will lead the growth of Cint’s media measurement and data solutions business lines with customers in Asia Pacific.


Compadre hired Ryan D’Arcy as director of client partnerships. D’Arcy brings experience working with clients like Hot Wheels, Bloomin’ Brands, Capcom and Activision Blizzard.


DLMDD brought on Oli de St Croix as its brand and content manager. He will work to shape a new narrative for the agency, utilizing digital marketing and creative storytelling to support DLMDD’s mission to create extraordinary sound experiences for brands and agencies.

Feld Advertising

Feld Advertising brought on John Sklaroff as senior digital manager. Sklaroff will expand Feld Advertising’s digital and media practice with a focus on building his department into a world class team.

Global Situation Room

Global Situation Room named RJ Bee as its new director of operations. Previously the svp of operations at Hattaway Communications and CEO of Osiris Media, Bee brings over 15 years of industry experience to the role.

Group Thrpy

Shelby Ross and Harrison Boyce joined forces to launch creative production company Group Thrpy. The founders’ new company’s capabilities includes live action production, print production, editorial and post production, VR production, feature film and episodic series development and fine art.

Highwire PR

Highwire PR brought in Joe Hamrahi as its new chief financial officer. Hamrahi will lead the agency’s financial operations and aid it in pursuing additive services, strategic additions and partnerships.

Hyros Inc

Hyros Inco welcomed Inman Breaux as its new CEO. An adtech veteran, Breaux has assumed day-to-day leadership of the company and will work to expand its go-to-market strategy to accelerate its next stage of growth.


Influencer hired Jenny Penich as svp, North America commercial. Penich will lead the growth and revenue strategy in the U.S. as the agency expands its team within the country.


Kiswe welcomed two new leaders to spearhead business development initiatives. Leigh Andrzejewski joined as head of business development for creators and TK Gore as head of business development for sports.


Mediavine welcomed Amanda Martin as its senior vice president of partnerships and business strategy. Martin will oversee revenue strategies, key partnerships and brand activation opportunities.

National Public Relations

National Public Relations appointed Brian Pearl as managing director. It also promoted Jennifer McCormack to vice president and practice lead healthcare, Anne Yourt to senior vice president client service and Meaghan Beech to chief of staff, adding to her role as senior director.

Proverb Agency

Daren Bascome, the founder of Proverb Agency, was named to Boston’s Most Influential Men of Color list. As an immigrant, entrepreneur and minority in Boston, Bascome has made it his mission to make the city a more inclusive environment, and has won many industry, local and international awards through his agency for inclusivity work.


PureRed appointed two new leaders to its board of directors. The additions include Sandra Lopez, former tech executive at Microsoft and Intel, and Sandra Campos, founder of Fashion Launchpad.


Quantcast appointed Andrew Double as vice president of commercial, North America. Double will deliver business impact as the company evolves to meet the needs of the digital marketing ecosystem.

Right Formula

Right Formula is expanding with its first office in the U.S. Located in New York, the office will be led by sports industry leader Ashlee Huffman as managing director for U.S. operations.


SuperBloom expanded its leadership team with two new executive hires. Carsten Pruijs joined as head of content management and Elizabeth Lefler joined as head of operations.

The Romans New York

The Romans New York welcomed Maryanne Milano as its newest senior vice president. Milano has worked at leading agencies serving brands like Airbnb, Bacardi, American Express and Marriott International.


Tinuiti named Jeremy Cornfeldt as its new president. Cornfeldt brings over 10 years of experience in brand, media and performance marketing.


Tobinleff brought on Mary McKinney Flaherty as its seventh partner and first female partner. With almost 20 years of experience in law, corporate governance and investment analysis, McKinney will help business owners build value by navigating negotiations and developing deals built to last.


TripleLift hired Ed Dinichert as its chief revenue officer. Dinichert will lead a team of over 200 global employees, oversee customer success and direct the agency’s burgeoning commerce media offering.


UTA appointed Lauren Probyn Aouad as marketing executive for its entertainment and culture marketing division. Based in Atlanta, Aouad will grow the division’s presence in the community and develop partnerships with brands at the intersection of entertainment and advertising.


Zenith named Emerson J Sosa Ponce as its executive vice president, cultural convergence. He will lead the company’s cultural convergence practice, providing clients with culture-first strategic direction, counsel and opportunities for more inclusive marketing.
