In anticipation of Q4, top agencies around the world are bringing on new leadership hires across strategy, creative and business development teams. Let’s see who’s going where this week in marketing and advertising.

Altius Strategic Consulting

Global management consulting firm Altius Strategic Consulting brought on Kapil Kachru as its vice president of branding. Kachru brings over a decade of experience as an independent creative director and senior writer at agencies including Wieden+Kennedy, Leo Burnett, Arnold Worldwide and Hill Holliday.

Captify

Search intelligence platform Captify promoted Amerlia Waddington to its senior vice president of product. In this role, she will manage a team of 52 employees across the global product, technology and insights teams.

Flight Story

Flight Story, the service platform for social-first investor relations, hired Forbes 30 Under 30’s Anoopreet Rehncy as its creative director. In this role, Rehncy will work to reinvent retail investor relations, drive new business opportunities and deliver authentic narratives to retail investors.

Given

Purpose-driven business agency Given is bringing on Lloyd Burdett as its new chief strategy officer. In this role, Burdett will lead the agency’s strategy practice and contribute to the agency’s top purpose projects.

Harmelin Media

Brad Rizza was promoted to vice president at Harmelin Media. Rizza previously led the Philadelphia-based media agency’s paid social practice, growing the department to a team of 15 people.

Imagination

Christophe Castagnera is joining Imagination as its new head of strategy in the Middle East. Castagnera will spearhead the agency’s presence worldwide—and develop its consultancy offer in this region.

Ken Media

Molly Lochridge is joining Bakery to oversee Ken Media, its new media practice. Lochridge comes with over 15 years of experience at top agencies like OMD and Third Ear, working with clients including Universal Pictures, Clorox, Texas Lottery and Visit Austin.

Klick Group

Ryan Olohan joined Klick Group as its executive vice president of growth. Previously the managing director at Google Health, Olohan will work to scale Klick Group’s success and industry momentum.

Klick Health

Klick Health brought on a series of new leadership hires. Hayes Steinberg and Brit Till both joined as senior vice president, executive creative director, Andrea Bistany, Oliver Trower and Amy Fortunado as vice president, group creative director, Travis Borgess and Dana Panzone as vice president, Jim Chestnutt as vice president, supervising producer, 360, Jen Martin as vice president, supervising producer, broadcast and Tamika Knight as vice president, business affairs.

Mirada

Mirada signed Peter Ramsey to its roster for commercial representation. Ramsey is an award-winning director and the first black filmmaker to be nominated and win the Academy Award for best animated feature film for “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.”

Mirimar

Mimimar Creative Group signed on two new partners to shape the future of its business and scale its growth trajectory. Nick Morrissey joined as executive creative director and Meredith Chase as chief strategy officer.

Nail

Nail Communications hired Susan Hasten as its new project director. In this role, Hasten will work on accounts including Lifespan, IGT and Preservation Society of Newport, while also leading process development and client services initiatives.

Ogury

Personified advertising company Ogury promoted Benjamin Lanfry to its chief supply officer. In this role, Lanfry will lead global supply strategy and position Ogury as a trusted monetization partner for in-app and web publishers.

Opinionated

After celebrating its five-year anniversary, Opinionated is growing its team with two new creative hires. Patty Brebner joined as director of production and Cristina Thorson as copywriter.

Outside Interactive, Inc.

Outside Interactive hired Alan Crisp as vice president and general manager of its cycling group. Crisp is a veteran cycling executive and will now lead the cycling enthusiast community and media network.

TalentX

Influencer management agency TalentX is expanding its internal team while growing its clientele with several new high-profile signings. Stephanie Delgado joins as director of sales, Nancy Castelan as senior talent manager and Sabrina Leaali as assistant talent manager.
