AI Digital hired Sandeep Gill as its first chief financial officer. Gill will lead AI Digital’s financial planning and streamline processes to promote excellence and growth.

Christina Spoljaric Konig was hired as new client services director for North America at Big Sync Music. With more than 20 years of experience, Spoljaric Konig will support the company’s mission to become the go-to music partner for brands and agencies in North America.

Crimtan

Programmatic and data expert Crimtan made two new appointments to strengthen its leadership team. Daniel Edwards will serve group operations director and Mike Buttigieg as U.K. sales director.

D expósito & Partners

Andy Checo was hired as the director of public relations and social media at d expósito & Partners. With over 20 years of experience connecting brands to diverse audiences, Checo has developed programs for leading brands including AB InBev, Ancestry.com and Heineken.

Dentsu Creative U.K.

British creative directors Darren Urquhart and Tom Smith are returning to the U.K. to lead the American Express account at Dentsu Creative U.K. Coming from their previous roles at Ogilvy New York, the duo is best known for the Dove “Camera Shy” spot, which received over 100 million views and won multiple awards.

Disqo

Scott Henderson joined Disqo as its new CFO. Coming from his previous role at Salesforce, Henderson will oversee all finance at the company, as well as revenue operations, sales enablement and business systems.

Hill Holiday Health

Stephanie Berman was hired as chief creative officer at Hill Holiday Health. Berman will lead creative across all clients, with the goal of advancing the agency’s creative reputation and mission and creating inspiring ideas that emotionally move people to take action.

McCann London

McCann London appointed Jemima Monies as its chief operating officer. Coming from her previous role as chief marketing and operations officer at adam&eveDDB, Monies will oversee all operational business areas and serve on the agency’s leadership team.

Mediavine

Jamie Lieberman joined Mediavine as senior vice president and general counsel. Lieberman will lead Mediavine’s legal operations, which includes legal counseling and coaching on policies and procedures, intellectual property, contract negotiations and compliance.

Ready Set Rocket

Ready Set Rocket promoted Lauren Nutt Bello to its first CEO. Since joining the agency in 2012, Bello has led the agency’s record growth since the pandemic, quadrupling profits since 2020 with client wins like Conde Nast, Strava and iShares.

The Fifth

The Fifth made two new hires to its U.S. team, with the goal of continuing to drive company growth. Subin Kim joined as creative strategy director, and Shannon Reed as vice president of accounts and operations.

Unicorns & Unicorns

Unicorns & Unicorns signed director Derek Westerlund to its creative roster. Westerlund has directed commercial projects for brands like Samsung, HP, Under Armour and Nissan.

Worldcom OOH

Thomas Flood was appointed managing director for U.S. and Canada at Worldcom OOH. Flood will focus on expanding business operations in other key markets like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto and Montreal.
