Revolving Door Roster Updates: Arts & Letters, Los York, Pacvue & More

We’re rounding out the week with new hires, board appointments and promotions from agencies big and small.

AbelsonTaylor Group

AbelsonTaylor Group appointed Lane Degenhart as vice president, account director. Degenhart will serve as the lead for multiple brands, tapping into her diverse experience with brands in oncology and rare disease.



Actum hired Dwayne McCallum as its global chief operating officer. The agency also promoted Emily Lawlor to global chief administrative officer.

Ad Results Media

Ad Results Media named Jordan Fox as its chief executive officer. Fox will lead the company through its next phase of growth, overseeing the agency’s management, strategy and operations. 

Anomaly New York

Anomaly New York named Val Nguyen as its managing partner and head of strategy. Nguyen will drive the agency’s focus on solving complex business challenges and championing effectiveness for agency clients.

Arts & Letters

Arts & Letters promoted five creatives on its team to creative director. The new directors include Lillian O’Connor, Brett Simone, Cody Pate, Zac Milner and Geoff Castillo. The five cds are responsible for creative leadership across a number of key accounts, including Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Hubspot, Google and more. 


Azerion, a European digital advertising and entertainment media platform, has appointed Neil Murphy as svp demand and partnerships, North America, a role that will see him expand the company’s presence in the market to utilize the full depth and breadth of its expansive media offering. Murphy joins Azerion from Captify

Base Beauty

Base Beauty is growing its leadership and business development teams to support agency growth. Erica Feldman was named business development manager and Tina Falco was named director of program success.

Common People Films

Melony Sylvester joined the team at Common People Films as managing director and executive producer of commercials. Sylvester will work to boost the production company’s agency network, as well as its reputation for creating stand out commercials and content.

Cut + Run

Editor Jorge Sandoval has joined the Cut + Run talent roster. Sandoval is known for his visually compelling and inventive narratives, with a portfolio including brands Hennessy, Nike, Coppola Winery, FIFA, Puma and Apple.

Feldman Strategies 
Feldman Strategies promoted three team members to new roles. Emma Thomas was named managing director, Nathan Janda was promoted to communications manager and Caroline Etgen was promoted to communications associate.

Hero Digital

Hero Digital brought on eight new hires in Q1. Missy Roode will serve as director, experience strategy, healthcare; Maureen Harrington as director, program management; Heather Lazzara as senior director, business development; Jennifer Zimnowski as svp, client partner; Ana Chene as vp, client partner; Inna Bezchastna as senior director, Adobe commerce engineering; Paul Rakotoarisoa as vp, analytics; and Jim Kirk as svp, client partner.


Sam Ogrizovic was hired as director of international for digital agency idhl. Ogrizovic will work to launch the agency’s first U.S. office.


Landor made three new appointments to its U.K. leadership team. Nicky Nicolls, Richard Johnstone and Kristy Drew were all named managing partners at the agency.

Los York

Los York welcomed Nikki Peddie as head of brand partnerships. Peddie brings vast experience from roles at Leo Burnett and AMV BBDO working with brands including Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s and P&G.

Minds + assembly

Minds + assembly welcomed Charles (Chip) Romp to its board of directors. Romp brings experience as the former head of commercial at Seagen.

Nest Commerce

Nest Commerce hired Beatrice Quarshie and John Clarke as joint heads of paid social. Quarshie and Clarke will work to continue scaling growth at the agency, which has seen 50% year over year growth, with new clients Reiss, Monsoon, Nadine Merabi and Damson Madder.


Ogilvy revamped its leadership team for Ogilvy One. The team includes Kent Wertime as CEO and Roberto Fara as global creative experience lead, accompanied by Rajesh Midha, Clare Lawson, Ab Gaur, Mauro Caggiano, Jason Davey, Ravi Pal and Nate McNabb.


Pacvue welcomed Abi Harmon to hold two titles at the company. Harmon will serve as executive vice president of the agency and general manager of its small-to-midsize business segment, Helium 10.

Ready Set Rocket

Ready Set Rocket (RSR), an integrated agency, has promoted Kitty Tsang to chief strategy officer, up from partner. The move highlights the next generation of leadership at the agency, now spearheaded by CEO Lauren Nutt Bello and Tsang, as it prepares for its next phase of growth. Tsang joined RSR in 2012 as an intern and has held several strategy roles over the course of her 12-year tenure. She was named partner in 2020.

Sonic Union

Sonic Union named Mary Kate (MK) Valentino as its new executive producer. Valentino has been at the company for five years, scaling through roles as senior producer and client partnerships director.


System1 made two new appointments to its growth team. Mike Perlman was named chief commercial officer and Alex Banks was named svp of business development.

The Considered

The Considered brought on three new vice presidents to ramp up its management structure. Chelsea McCloskey-Lambert joined as vp medical director, Vini Watson as vp studio director and Nick Greenwood as vp design director.

Trinity Hunt

Trinity Hunt named Tom Donnelly as the CEO of its newly formed Supreme Group. Donnelly will lead the new platform company providing best-in-class business and commercialization services to companies across life science and healthcare.


Triptent hired Wendy Lurrie as managing director, practice lead. Lurrie will lead the agency’s B2B practice to expand its client roster and better serve clients across the technology, pharmaceutical and SaaS industries.


Digital product studio ustwo has hired Nayan Jain, co-founder of Heartbeat Health, the largest virtual-first cardiology provider in the U.S., in the new role of executive director, AI.


Varsity named Emily Gordon as director of client services. Gordon will be responsible for strategic leadership of accounts, as well as leadership of the agency’s account team.
