Revolving Door Roster Updates: Anzu, Dagger, Modifly & More

This week is closing out with hires and promotions at agencies looking to keep up with growth, foster new innovation and advance client offerings.

Adludio

Adludio brought on Benjamin Arnold as its new president for North America. Formerly the CEO at We Are Social, Arnold will help establish Adludio as a leader in AI-led premium advertising solutions.

Alkemy X signed director Joe Dixon for U.S. commercial representation. Dixon’s portfolio includes work for top brands including Hyundai, Expedia, Aldi and Sainsbury’s.

Anzu

Anzu welcomed Nerissa MacDonald as evp global sales. MacDonald brings over 20 years of experience leading global teams’ strategy, consultation and partnerships at companies including Meta, Adform and Sizmek.

Apollo Partners

Apollo Partners made three new appointments to strengthen its media and analytics offering. Arthi Veeraragavan joined as head of analytics, Harry Drake joined as media supervisor and Katharine Painter was appointed as media director.

The7stars

Barty Mee joined the7stars as head of partnerships. Mee will help the agency’s clients forge smart, creative and effective partnerships with brands, media partners and creators.

Cash Studios

Cash Studios welcomed Katie Gunn as executive producer. With experience working with brands including PayPal, Sony Pictures and Warner Brothers, Gunn will tap into industry experience to better service clients and produce best-in-class, culture-defining work.

Colangelo & Partners

Colangelo & Partners added senior talent across its managing, media planning and creative departments to better serve clients and grow business. Jessica DeBenedetto joins to lead the social media team, Devin Sanft will lead advertising campaigns and Natalie Yubas will lead the creative content creation team.

ColinKurtis

ColinKurtis promoted Leslie Daughtry to director of web production. Daughtry will lead ColinKurtis’ web process and direct the web team across builds, enhancements, maintenance and hosting.

Coomer

Coomer hired Greta Pittard Wright as chief operations officer and head of strategic planning. Wright will manage the agency’s business operations and contribute to its overarching strategy to reinvent the typical agency-of-record model by gathering world-class talent for brand partner projects.

Dagger

Dagger welcomed Laura Robichaux as vp, group account director. Coming from her previous role at BBDO, Robichaux will utilize her client partnership experience and passion for problem-solving to help grow key accounts.

David

David made three new hires to expand its New York office. Pedro Sattin  and Sébastien Rouvière joined as creative directors and Irene Leon joined as account supervisor.

DLMDD

DLMDD appointed Jeremy Newton as head of agency business. Coming from his previous role supervising music for brand clients at SixtyFour Music, Newton will lead the agency’s music supervision department and expand services across Europe and internationally.

Doe-Anderson

Doe-Anderson brought on two key hires to expand its strategy and creative team. Jennifer Billiot Garrett joined as vp, strategy director and Alex Goulart joined as creative director to work on the Maker’s Mark account.

FM

FM tapped Thomas Sleuser as its new vp of sales and services. A content licensing industry veteran, Sleuser will lead the international sales team and provide sales and customer service strategies to create seamless client experiences.

Found Objects

Found Objects announced two new promotions to bolster its creative and production team. Katt Matt was promoted to executive producer and Nick Chomowicz was promoted to senior producer.

Fuse

Fuse promoted Victoria Chew to managing partner and member of the executive board. Chew will drive new business, oversee client servicing across sports and entertainment portfolios and work with clients including Trivago, Vodafone and PepsiCo Entertainment.

Golden Projects

Golden Projects signed Catherine Orchard to its production roster. The director and filmmaker is known for bringing an artful eye and diverse experience to content production with brands including Vogue, Apple, Citibank, Sephora and Clinique.

Harbor

Harbor made two new hires to enhance its global advertising talent roster. Nate Cali joined as creative director, editorial and Alex Candlish joined as creative director, 2D.

Imagination

Imagination promoted Chad Hines to director of business development for the Americas. Hines will fuel growth and explore new business opportunities across the North American region.

Journey Further

Journey Further named Ben Jankowski as U.S. strategic growth advisor. Formerly the global head of media at Mastercard, Jankowski will act as a strategic growth advisor to help accelerate the company’s awareness and positioning within the U.S. media market.

Kantar Media

Kantar Media named Patrick Béhar as global CEO. Béhar brings more than 25 years of experience in the global media industry, and comes from his previous role as chief business officer for Sky Group.

Ludwig+

Ludwig+ made two new appointments to support rapid business growth. Gail Rafferty was promoted to head of client service and group marketing director and Drew Parling was hired as director of delivery.

Modifly

Modifly named Nico Coetzee as its new president. Coetzee brings over 20 years of global advertising and technology experience, and will now lead the agency’s development and implementation of scalable growth strategies, operations, new market expansion, customer relationships and employee growth.

Mondo Robot

Mondo Robot appointed Hunter Ansley as head of growth. Ansley will lead the agency’s growth efforts across verticals and spearhead marketing, new business and go-to-market initiatives.

Murphy Cobb Associates

Murphy Cobb Associates named Andrew Harrison as group managing director. Formerly CEO at Müller and RadioCentre, Harrison will lead the agency’s global operations and propel it into its next phase of growth and innovation.

Onetag

Onetag brought on two new hires to expand its U.S. sales operations. Rachel Howard Reyes joined as director of sales, U.S. and Patrick Engelhart joined as vice president of sales.

Outbrain

Outbrain appointed new senior leadership to enable scale within an evolving industry. Appointments include Ayal Steiner as executive vice president, brand solutions, Stephanie Himoff as executive vice president, global publishers, Sarah Baird as senior vice president, revenue operations, Craig Hughes as senior vice president, corporate development and strategy, general manager video and Guy Yagur as senior vice president, global performance and growth revenue.

Pearlfisher

Pearlfisher has promoted Justine Allan to executive director, strategic business development. Allan will provide leadership and direction for the strategic development, growth and management of the agency’s partnerships.

Prosek Partners

Prosek Partners expanded its leadership with two new partners. Tom Rozycki, who has almost 20 years of experience at the firm, and Dan Alloca, who joined as managing director in 2021, were both named partner.

Rinck Advertising

Rinck Advertising brought on Yany Avelar as ux/ui designer. Avelar brings expertise in design, user research and programming experience from her past roles at creative agencies and editorial companies.

ScienceMagic

ScienceMagic brought on Sophia Reynoso as managing partner, U.S. Previously the director of advertising at Louis Vuitton, Reynoso will develop and scale agency business in the U.S. and contribute to the agency’s strategy science capability.

Score a Score

Academy Award & Golden Globe-winning composer Justin Hurwitz, known for his inventive and memorable
scores/songs on films such as Whiplash, La La Land, First Man, and Babylon, has announced a partnership
with Cannes Lions-winning music company Score a Score. Together the partners will focus on expanding Hurwitz’s creative energy to the world of advertising, applying his unique ability to create “earworm” melodies on the big screen to short-form campaigns.

Sesame Workshop

Sesame Workshop promoted Whit Higgins to evp and head of global enterprises. Higgins will lead all international and domestic commercially funded business, including distribution, licensing, sponsorship, themed entertainment, formal education and digital.

The Atlantic

The Atlantic hired Tyler Watson as executive vice president of marketing. Watson will oversee commercial marketing across the company, including creative strategy, brand marketing and production.

The Ev&Ex Agency

The Ev&Ex Agency appointed Donna Cancel as its new head of production. Cancel will lead all production and onsite execution efforts for Ev&Ex.

The Many

The Many named Victor M. Parker II as director of communications and marketing. Parker II will lead the agency’s communications and marketing strategies, with a focus on building strong relationships with media outlets and talent.

Triptk

Havas’ global brand transformation studio, Triptk, appointed Alex Cripe as managing partner, strategy and new ventures at Triptk London. The hire comes after a year of Cripe consulting with Triptk.

Wieden+Kennedy

Wieden+Kennedy Mexico hired Jan Erhardt as its new head of strategy. With almost 20 years of experience building brands, Erhardt will establish W+K Mexico’s strategic vision and cultural compass, as well as deliver brand planning to solve for objectives across the client roster.

Wild Gift

Wild Gift signed Oscar winning director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy for commercial and branded entertainment assignments in the U.S. Obaid-Chinoy is a journalist, filmmaker and humanitarian known for her Academy-award winning shorts “Saving Face” and “A Girl in the River: The Price of Forgiveness.”
