Revolving Door Roster Updates: Anagram, Group Thrpy, Ogury & More

This week is closing out with new appointments that further expand agencies’ capabilities to tap into emerging trends, serve clients and allow them to continue to grow.

Adam&eveDDB

New appointments were made to the account management team at adam&eveDDB. Adam Patel and Fay Taylor are now joint heads of account management, Jo Lorimer is client experience director and Loella Collier is account management development director.

Alkemy X

Alkemy X is expanding with two key hires in its pipeline department. Fabia Serra Arrizabalaga was named senior pipeline technical director and Jean-Francois Beaulieu was named pipeline technical director.

Anagram

Anagram is expanding its executive team as it continues to scale retail media and tech operations. Jeannie Chan is now head of retail media, Jacob Dalton is vp, head of analytics and Chris Cloney is vp, head of business development.

Attain

Attain welcomed Jonah Goodhart to its board of directors. A serial entrepreneur and advertising executive will bring his 25 years of industry experience to lend commerce data expertise for Attain’s strategy and growth.

Bader Rutter

Bader Rutter named Jeff Young as its new chairperson, in addition to his ongoing duties as CEO. Ned Brown was elected as a new board member as well.

Brandon

Brandon promoted Haley Rojas to associate social media director. Rojas will lead the ideation and creation of content calendars for large agency accounts’ social channels, while also guiding strategy for clients and marketing recommendations for campaign-driven engagement and community building.

Camp Lucky

Camp Lucky signed director Franco Garuti for representation. Franco is known for dynamic visual storytelling for brands including Renault, Smirnoff, Bailey’s, Whirlpool and Telcel.

Edelman U.K.

Emma de la Fosse was named chief creative officer at Edelman U.K. She will lead the creative team in collaboration with strategy, digital and Dxl team to deliver a full spectrum of capabilities to clients.

EssenceMediacom

EssenceMediacom named its Creative Futures U.S. leadership team. The team consists of Benjamin Vendramin as global chief creative and content officer, Anush Prabhu as global CSO, Sharon Foo as managing director, Laura Duane as head of creative strategy, Zoe Munson as vp creative, Chris Berger as head of operations and delivery and Kate Easterling as vp client leadership.

Frontify

Frontify welcomed Hugo Timm as creative design director. Timm will lead the team in developing the company’s global visual identity while also helping other brands do the same.

Giant Spoon

Giant Spoon signed Olivia-Jene Fagon as creative director. Fagon will work to bolster creative across the agency’s Los Angeles and New York City offices.

Golden LA

Golden LA signed storyteller and director Paul Minor to its roster for representation. Minor is known for crafting memorable spots for brands including Acura, Lincoln, Corona and Nike.

Grey London

Grey London named Liam Thomas as head of design. Thomas will lead a team of designers, animators and artists, working to elevate the craft of design work and build connectivity between the creative department and clients.

Group Thrpy

Group Thrpy signed Mischa Meyer for representation. This comes right before the release of their collaboration on cinematic short “In the Shadow of Palm,” which serves as an intimate portrait of three lives on the outskirts of Los Angeles.

Havas Middle East

Havas Middle East made three new appointments to its senior leadership team. Fabio Silveira and Dana Tahir were named managing directors of Havas Creative Middle East and Red Havas Middle East, respectively, and Naveen Chacko Matthews was named general manager of Havas Media UAE.

Ingredient Food Marketing

Ingredient Food Marketing hired Michele Souder as vice president of client strategy and services. Souder will be focused on work with clients to build and optimize email marketing programs.

Guided by Good

Janis Middleton was promoted to chief inclusion officer at Guided by Good. Middleton will oversee the GBG’s agencies in DEI efforts, including working with creative director for work strategy and bridging employees and human resources.

Journey Further

Journey Further welcomed two new senior hires to its U.S. team. Linda Warnock joined as senior vice president, head of global marketing and Michelle Argan joined as vice president of paid media.

Leagas Delaney

Leagas Delaney named Chris Boyton as new managing partner. Boyton is joining from his previous role as business director at M&C Saatchi World Services.

Ogury

Ogury welcomed Brian Lesser to its board of directors. Lesser will provide guidance to the company as it accelerates into its next stage of growth as a leader in personified advertising.

Publicis Health Media

Publicis Health Media promoted Jason Patterson to chief analytics officer. Patterson will oversee the development of data innovation and analytics practices while forging partnerships to yield new solutions for growth.

Rapp U.K.

Rapp U.K. promoted Lucas Galan to svp data science R&D. Galan will work to grow the data, research and development team to stay ahead of a rapidly changing landscape.

S:E Creative Studio

S:E Creative Studio welcomed Ben Robbins as head of strategy. Robbins will work across the agency’s existing and new client roster and will especially focus on a partnership with Sony Music’s insights and analytics division.

Sage Growth Partners

Sage Growth Partners made a round of recent hires and promotions with the goal of providing expand services and support for clients. Ben Kovalick was promoted to strategy consultant. Chris Aquino was hired as senior director of digital marketing, Amrita Mehta as strategy consultant, Lara Sassounian as marketing associate, Taijasi Sharma as market research analyst, Abby Beard as summer marketing intern and Ariel Roshan as summer consulting associate.

Special Group London

David Day joined Special Group London as chief creative officer and partner. Day will lead the agency’s London office, utilizing his start-up experience and creative leadership to grow the agency and drive creative and design output.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab

TBWA\Media Arts Lab promoted Lucia Orlandi to executive creative director. Additionally, Andrew Kay joined as managing director of EMEA, Jake Donaghey joined as general manager of ANZ and Jonathan George as executive creative director in India.

Tessa Films

Tessa Films signed Melissa Silverman to its directorial roster. Known for her comic touch and flair for casting, Silverman has worked on everything from MTV promos to Funny or Die shorts.

The Basement

The Basement hired Kevin Siminski to run its new marketing technology consultancy. Previously the senior vice president of platform product management at Salesforce, Siminski will aid the consultancy in helping clients accelerate their digital transformation journey.

The Bloc

The Bloc appointed Margaret Haskell as senior vice president, director of strategic planning. Haskell rejoining the agency where she first began he career, and will now oversee a team of brand strategists in New York to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and hit key strategic growth goals.

Vibenomics

Vibenomics welcomed Brian Quinn as head of global advertising sales. Quinn will work with the leadership teams at Mood Media and Vibenomics to create and execute profit generation and growth strategies.

Wavemaker

Wavemaker welcomed Sindhuja Rai as APAC CEO to drive the creation and execution of growth strategy for the agency and its clients in the region. Additionally, Natalie Yorke joined as global growth partner in London and Lynne Reilly joined as chief growth officer in North America.

We Are Royale

We Are Royale brought on Jay Silvas as interactive supervisor. As a technology expert with skills in UX, engineering, product development, video game design, virtual reality and cognitive science, Silvas will tap into his wide range of expertise to lead the agency’s interactive team.

WMH&I made two new appointments to join its senior creative team. James Flint was named design director and Andi Yanto was named creative lead.
