We’re closing out this week with the latest key hires, promotions and directorial roster updates at agencies worldwide.

62Above

Eric Dargitz was named creative director at 62Above. He joins from his previous roles at Chapter & Verse and MeringCarson.

Active International appointed Michael Dobson global chief digital officer and evp digital. Dobson will oversee digital strategy for the company and its subsidiaries across 14 offices worldwide, raise brand awareness and scale offerings to support global growth objectives.

Alkemy X

Alkemy X signed London-based director Joe Dixon to its roster. Dixon is known for sparking emotion through humor rooted in humanity, and has worked with top brands including Hyundai, Expedia, Aldi and Sainsbury’s.

Allied Global Marketing

Allied Global Marketing appointed Denise Parkinson as vp, business development. Parkinson will identify and drive strategic new business opportunities to scale agency growth.

AMV BBDO

Robyn D’Arcy joined AMV BBDO as head of data. She will be responsible for growing and evolving AMV BBDO’s data offering and widening its areas of expertise.

ArtClass

ArtClass welcomed Curry Sicong Tian to its roster of directors. Tian’s style blends director, concept/digital artist, 3D-mogrpaher and fashion photographer into one, for clients including Beats, Mercedes, NYX and Chanel.

Azerion

Azerion made three new hires to elevate its international business presence in the U.K. Lucy Whichello joined as account director, Marco Evans as digital account manager and Sophie Marsh-Baldry as programmatic account manager.

Badger Agency

Madeline Lefferts was promoted to head of account management at Badger Agency. Lefferts will work with CCO Madonna Badger and the leadership team to oversee the account management team and operations.

Barbarian

Barbarian named Vince Lim as its new chief creative officer. Lim brings over 30 years of industry experience, and will tap into it to lead a high-growth period for Barbarian.

Brandon

Brandon added Nick Escobar and Avery Ashley to its client services team. Escobar will serve as account manager and Ashley will serve as junior project manager and account coordinator.

BSSP

BSSP welcomed Lauren Trojan as new business development director. Trojan will generate new business leads and build new partnerships with brands for the agency.

Contentsquare

Contentsquare named Benoit Fouilland as chief financial officer. Benoit brings over 30 years of executive leadership and finance experience at companies including Criteo SA and Firmenich.

David&Goliath

David&Goliath brought on Avital Pinchevsky as executive creative director. She brings over 20 years of experience and will tap into it to create and oversee creative work on the Kia America account, while also elevating the creative product and customer relationship for each brand partner and campaign.

Experience Agency

The Experience Agency brought on Francesca Greggs as executive creative director. Previously creative director at Amazon and Meta, Greggs will bolster and lead the agency’s creative offerings.

FCB Inferno

FCB Inferno promoted Laura Pirkis to head of strategy. Pirkis will continue leading strategy for government accounts and overseeing commercial clients, while also shaping and nurturing the future of the agency’s strategy.

Finn Partners

Finn Partners promoted Nicole Janok to Florida regional leader. Janok will now be responsible for the agency’s Fort Lauderdale office, which includes over 20 team members across the state.

Good Apple

Good Apple promoted Hyun Lee-Miller to the agency’s first chief media officer. Lee-Miller will strengthen the agency’s media strategy for retail and pharmaceutical clients, while also driving revenue through new business efforts.

Group Thrpy

Group Thrpy signed director Marissa Velez for U.S. representation. Velez has created work for brands including Diane von Furstenburg, Kate Spade and rag & bone.

Harbor Advertising

Harbor Advertising welcomed TJ Sponzo as its new executive producer. Sponzo brings experience from working with top agencies including Droga5, Anomoly, McCann, Grey, Saatchi, BBDO and Mischief.

Helo

Helo bolstered its leadership team with three new hires. Rena Kayrala joined as vp of global strategy and growth, Piper Goodspeed joined as global head of client partnerships and experience and Neil Evely joined as global head of innovation.

House 337

Richard Eyre was appointed non-executive chair of creative collective House 337. Eyre will support the agency’s CEO Phil Fearnley, helping to deliver the company’s vision, drive growth organically and roll out new products, sectors and acquisitions.

Immediate Media Co

Immediate Media Co appointed Sean Cornwell as its new CEO and Tom Bureau as chairman. Cornwell joined Immediate in 2021 as platforms CEO and has been responsible for overseeing and scaling the agency’s digital businesses.

Invisible North

Invisible North brought on Nic Moalli as creative innovation lead. Moalli will lead the agency’s innovation and interactive technology expertise.

Jack Morton

Jack Morton promoted Mike Kunheim to president of EMEA and Asia. With over 20 years of experience at the agency, Kunheim will oversee offices in Germany and Singapore, while also working closely with operations in the Middle East North Africa and Turkey (MENAT).

Lego Group

The Lego Group hired Pia Chaudhuri as global creative lead, play inclusion. Chaudhuri joins from her previous role at BMF in Australia as executive creative director.

Loop Talent U.K.

Loop Talent U.K. added Nikki Molloy and Zoe Martin as lead agents of Loop Talent to further curate its roster of heads of department and crew working in film, high-end television drama, commercials and music videos.

Lord Danger

Lord Danger hired executive producer Anthony Ficalora to drive the studio’s talent growth. This comes after the agency decided to join Pop-Arts Management for representation.

MGID

MGID appointed Ryan Stewart as head of publisher acquisition in North America. Stewart will support the advertising platform’s growth across the region by introducing it to publishers.

More Media

More Media signed director Dwayne Logan for commercial representation. Logan has developed commercial shorts for leading brands like Jeep, Nike and Yelp.

Mosaic

Mosaic promoted Jef Moore to group creative director. Moore will lead teams of creatives and strategists to deliver elite experiences to leading global brands.

Pixel Artworks

Pixel Artworks named its first global growth and marketing director, Tomaz Kljaković. He was previously at George P. Johnson where he launched the New Zealand office and worked with clients including Google, LVMH, Vodafone and TikTok.

Project Worldwide

Project Worldwide expanded its leadership team with two new hires. Motive CEO and CCO Matt Statman will become president, integrated agency group while keeping his current role at Motive. George P. Johnson (GPJ) CEO Chris Meyer will become global CEO, which adds Asia Pacific GPJ to Meyer’s current oversight of Americas and EMEA.

R/GA

R/GA promoted Rebecca Bezzina and Nick Pringle to evp managing director EMEA and chief creative officer EMEA, respectively. The two will lead the agency’s two main offices in Europe, the U.K. and Germany, while also continuing to focus on the Middle East.

Rankin Creative

Rankin Creative appointed Warren Beeby as its new chief creative officer. Previously the CCO at Futerra, Beeby will lead the creative team and drive the agency’s vision and direction.

Republica Havas Group

Republica Havas Group appointed Jose Bello as vice president of Republica Havas Media. Bello will lead the growth of the agency’s media services capabilities and expand opportunities through key client and media partnerships.

Rinck Advertising

Rinck Advertising promoted Cathy Brezinski to senior creative resources manager. Brezinski will manage scheduling, production and on-time delivery of work for all creative, content and digital teams.

ScienceMagic

ScienceMagic welcomed Hannah Liu Sherman as managing partner. She brings years of industry leadership experience at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, AMC BBDO, Fold7 and 4Creative.

Sesame Workshop

Sesame Workshop promoted Valerie Mitchell Johnston to evp, legal and business affairs and general counsel. Johnston will also be named board secretary. 

Seen Connects

Seen Connects hired Matt Wurst as managing director. A veteran marketing executive, Wurst will lead growth and expansion in the U.S.

Sid Lee

Sid Lee Paris promoted Laetitia Neves to head of production as it welcomes several new creatives to its team. Eric Esculier joined as senior art director, Ninon Peres and Geoffrey Poulain joined as a creative team and David Dominguez joined as international copywriter.

Snap

Snap appointed Katie Bird as senior director of marketing for EMEA. Bird will lead the EMEA marketing team, which inspires and educates advertisers, agencies and small business across the region about how to use Snap’s engaging advertising and augmented reality formats to grow their audiences.

Specsavers

Specsavers named Sid Tomkins its new head of design. Elevating from his previous role as consultant for the agency, Tomkins will lead design output for Specsavers.

The Considered

The Considered hired Jackie Colognesi as svp of U.S. strategy and innovation. Colognesi will lead research and analysis to better understand the company’s audience’s barriers to behavior change across healthcare stakeholders. 

The Many

The Many promoted Josh Paialii to head of creative. Tapping into 15 years of industry experience, Paialii will lead and inspire the creative department and contribute to The Many Studios.

Trouble Maker

Trouble Maker named Pete Jackson as its new head of planning. Jackson will drive strategy and insight for specific accounts at the agency.

VGC Partners

VGC Partners appointed two new board members to lead brand strategy and business growth for British menswear brand Percival. Cheryl Calegari was named non-executive chair and Dan Rookwood was named board director.

Washington Square Films

Washington Square Films signed comedy director Alex Ogus for commercial representation. Ogus has worked with clients like Amex, McDonald’s, Nestle and Advil, winning him awards like Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, One Show Awards and Bessie Awards.
