2X

2X, a b-to-b focused marketing-as-a-service (MaaS) firm appointed Seth Hutchings as chief strategy officer. Hutchings will work to drive strategic initiatives and steer the agency’s growth strategy.

AblesonTaylor appointed James Hesdon as director of performance media. Hesdon will grow and develop the agency’s performance media activation team, oversee the purchase of programmatic media across brands and create and execute successful digital media strategies for clients.

Accenture Song

Accenture Song named Bryan Yasko as its northeast lead. Yasko, formerly president at Johannes Leonardo, will lead and grow the agency’s business in the Northeast, including the shaping and delivering of strategy and vision across the region.

Adludio

Adludio named Richard Simons as interim CEO. This comes after Paul Coggins stepped down following his nine year tenure at the firm.

Amplify

Amplify launched a new creative leadership role to support continued rapid growth. This led to Alex Wilson being named as ecd global, Nate Thompson as ecd London, Jo Kang as group creative director and Tim Baggott ecd Sydney.

Apollo.io

Apollo.io hired Leandra Fishman as chief revenue officer. A former executive at Intercom and Twilio, FIshman will lead the company’s global growth strategy and drive revenue expansion initiatives.

AnalyticsIQ

Scarlett Shipp is transitioning into the role of CEO at AnalyticsIQ. As the company’s first female CEO, Shipp brings over 25 years of experience in operations and analytics around the world.

BBH

BBH welcomed Selma Ahmed and Genevieve Gransden as creative directors. The two are known for their work on EA Sports’ Midnight Ramadan League campaign.

Bountiful Cow

Bountiful Cow welcomed Nadine Campbell as head of digital. Campbell will be responsible for driving excellence across all digital channels.

Cheerful Twentyfirst

Cheerful Twentyfirst named André Shahdrar as U.S. president. Shahdrar will tap into over 25 years of experience to drive expansion of the agency’s presence in North America.

Crimtan

Crimtan expanded its sales team in the U.S. with new key appointments. Steve Wharton was named west U.S. sales director and Dylan Spangler was named south east U.S. sales director.

Crown + Conquer

Crown + Conquer named Jennifer Zaitz as its new head of talent and partnerships. The industry veteran will tap into experience in entertainment and branding to build out the agency’s new vertical.

Duncan Channon

Kumi Croom was named managing director at Duncan Channon. This comes as a promotion from her previous role at director of collaboration and equity. Croom will now oversee the project management and account management teams while continuing to lead DEI efforts.

Institute

Institute welcomed Sergii Shevtsov to its directing roster. Shevtsov has over a decade of agency-side directing experience with clients like Burger King and McDonald’s.

Integral Ad Science

Integral Ad Science appointed Sam Cox as svp of product management. Cox will oversee global product strategy and executive for the programmatic and optimization solutions product portfolio.

Innocean

Innocean U.S. made five new hires. Allison Kaplan joined as svp, managing director, Marcella Coad as group creative director, Martin Zelcs as group creative director, Theresa Myrill as vp, group account director, social and Hansoul Kim as vp, group account director.

Investis Digital

Investis Digital, or iDX, made three new senior leadership appointments. Ferdi Wieling was named chief creative officer, Apeksha Mishra was named chief product officer and Stefan Bardega was named global head of performance marketing.

Leo Burnett U.K.

Leo Burnett U.K. promoted Carly Avener to CEO. Avener has served as managing director since 2019, during which the agency has grown revenue by more than 50% through organic growth and new business wins.

Locality

Locality named Michael Mayer as chief product officer. Mayer brings over 25 years of experience in building ad platforms and driving industry momentum through streaming, broadcast and cable.

Luquire

Luquire named president Stephanie Spicer and chief creative officer Glen Hilzinger as partners in the firm. The move comes after one of the most successful years that Luquire has had in 39 years.

Marcus Thomas

Marcus Thaomas named Scott Chapin as president. Chapin will partner with CEO Nancy Hill to run the agency with clients including Dexom, Ohio Lottery and Festival Foods.

Massachusetts College of Art and Design

MassArt, an independent public college of art and design in the U.S., made some recent changes to its board. Karen Keane was named board chair and Daren Bascome was named vice chair.

Media+

Media+ promoted Hope Richards to media director. Richards will offer leadership and mentorship across client teams and ensure all departments collaborate as a cohesive unit.

Mirada

Kristine Tsui joined Mirada’s directorial roster for U.S. commercial representation. Tsui has a portfolio of over 350 videos for beauty and fashion brands, most notably Etsy, Bombas and L’Oréal.

Neverland

Lola Neves joined neverland as chief strategy officer. Neves will lead the agency’s strategic offering and work alongside the agency’s founders to bring its unique blend of brand and strategy to all clients.

OAAA

The Out of Home Advertising Association of America named Julie Thompson as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Additionally, Jeff Jan was promoted to executive vice president of strategy and growth and Kate Scanlan was promoted to senior director of marketing.

Partners + Napier

Partners + Napier welcomed Lindsey Cash as vp of account leadership. Cash will oversee all client services and work to drive business impact for brands.

Pereira O’Dell

Pereira O’Dell brought on Juliana Constantino as its new executive creative director. Previously at Meta, Constantino brings significant experience across creative, go-to-market strategy and partnerships.

Right Formula

Right Formula appointed Luke Organ as managing director for EMEA and APAC. Organ will oversee the operations and strategic direction of the agency.

Rinck Advertising

Rinck Advertising welcomed Karli Wedge as its new social media manager. Wedge will lead social and digital media activities, tuning into trends across social media and developing content strategy.

Set Creative

Chad Issaq was named U.S. CEO at Set Creative. Issaq brings considerable experience in building community, leveraging global fan bases and new audiences to drive enterprise value and driving revenue on behalf of clients and partners.

Stein IAS
Stein IAS made key promotions to drive its ambitious global growth goals. Craig Duxbury was named global president and Derek Stewart was named global chief operating officer.

Strat7

Strat7 made key senior promotions to support its growth strategy for 2024. These include Peter Kneale to strategy director, Pranay Jeyachandran to group md of Strat7 Incite, Lizzie Eckdart to managing director of Strat7 Incite U.K., Keving Waters to president, Strat7 U.S. and Robbie Stewart to global operations director.

The Escape Pod

Amid a season of client wins and company success, The Escape Pod made three promotions to its leadership team. Julie Knecht was appointed as group account director, Ryan Dickey as executive creative director and Jimmy Schmidt as creative director.

The Responsible Marketing Agency

The Responsible Marketing Agency made a number of new hires to sustain growth. Liam Brennan joined as managing director, Alice Brady as chief strategy officer and Clare Latham as global program director.

TobinLeff

TobinLeff welcomed Bruce Bishop as partner at the mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. Bishop brings over 30 years of experience and expertise in buy-side experience, sell-side experience and strategic advisory capabilities.

Tracy-Locke

Tracy-Locke named Dan Pereira as its new senior vice president, executive director of omnicommerce experience. Pereira will work to elevate Tracy-Locke’s agency commerce experience planning practice as well as bolster its portfolio.

Trailer Park Group

Trailer Park Group named Jeremy Kaplan as its new chief business officer. Kaplan will drive global initiatives like new business, services, offices and talent to serve clients.

WACL

WACL named Nishma Patel Robb as its 101st president. Robb previously served as vice president, as is passionate about the organization’s campaign work and pursuit of gender equality, as well as the community it provides to members.
