This week is coming to a close with a ton of agencies welcoming new leaders, creatives and changemakers to their teams.

Creative-meets-performance agency 1o8 brought on Amanda Jacobs as its head of people planning and talent acquisitions. Jacobs comes from VMLY&R, where she was previously associate director of talent acquisition. In this role, she’ll lead all new talent acquisition, HR and people planning for the company.

Appnovation

Global full-service digital partner Appnovation continued to expand its global growth trajectory with three new strategic hires. Ben Field-Johnson joined to lead strategic partnerships, Andy Gomes joined as composable technology director and Gordon Fisher joined as head of business development, all in EMEA.

Argonaut

Argonaut welcomed four new leaders to its team, along with a new promotion, to scale its growth in San Francisco and New York. Hemant Anant Jain joined as executive creative director, Ashley Aagaard as head of people, Allan Flores as chief financial officer and Audrey Weber as director of operations. Alan Stout was promoted from head of strategy to chief strategy officer.

BPA Worldwide

Richard Murphy was named by BPA Worldwide, global assurance provider of media, technology, events and sustainability compliance, as its new president and CEO. With 30 years of experience with BPA, Murphy was previously the company’s executive vice president and is replacing former president Glenn Hansen, who is transitioning into retirement through a new position as executive strategic advisor.

Doner

Doner scaled its creative department with four new key hires. Andrew Thompson, Anne Grantski, John Hickey and Jameson LaMarca all joined as associate creative directors. They’ll help to lead creative for brands like fairlife, Listerine and Zyrtec.

Elmwood New York

Global design consultancy Elmwood New York welcomed Jeanne Manuli as executive strategy director and Natasha Young as head of client partnerships. The two new hires bring Elmwood to a global 75% proportion of women leaders at the company.

Function Growth

Function Growth hired Cedric Williams as its new director of analytics. In this role, Williams will tap into 15 years of digital analytics and marketing experience to generate actionable insights for clients in campaign optimization and ecommerce conversion optimization.

Kepler

Kepler promoted Joshua Lerman from co-president to global CEO. Having joined the company originally in 2014 to lead Kepler’s client solutions group, Lerman has been a driver in key company achievements, including growing the company to over 700 professionals in 10 global office and expanding agency services and offerings.

Luckie

Mary Winslow was promoted from her previous role as strategic vice president of strategic solutions to chief marketing officer at marketing solutions agency Luckie. As the agency’s first CMO, Winslow will lead all marketing and growth efforts at Luckie.

Mediahub

Graeme Wood joined Mediahub as its first EMEA strategy partner, insights and action. Wood will work in this role to centralize communications planning across Mediahub’s growing roster of international clients, including Western Union, New Balance, Twitch and Pinterest.

Organic

Danielle Aldrich joined Organic as its senior vice president of partnerships. Reporting to CEO Cathy Butler, Aldrich will utilize her creative and strategic expertise to lead business development and support client partnerships.

Power Digital

Stephanie Feldman joined tech-enabled full-service digital marketing firm Power Digital as its first chief marketing officer. Feldman brings more than 15 years of industry experience working at companies like PwC and Digitaria (now Wunderman Thompson)—and with brands including Chipotle, Wyndham and AXS.

Reputation

Reputation experience management company Reputation welcomed Andrew Rainey as its general manager for healthcare. In this role, Rainey will build the company’s vision to help healthcare providers manage patient feedback and experience.

Rosenfield Media Group

Amanda Brocato was promoted to executive vice president, live events and corporate strategies at Rosenfield Media Group. Brocato has been at the company since 2020, solidified her role at the company and built the agency’s live events division to enable full-service media strategies.

Sourcepoint

Sourcepoint, the privacy compliance platform of record for the digital marketing ecosystem has hired programmatic veteran Chris Chapman as chief technology officer, while Chloe Grutchfield has been promoted to chief product officer from senior vice president, product.

Stink Studios

Adrian Friend was named the technology director at creative advertising and digital experience company Stink Studios. Friend will lead a team in continue to deliver exciting projects across the technology space.

SuperBloom House

Independent modern media content and production company SuperBloom House welcomed two new key hires to its creative team. Adam Milano, previously at SYCO Entertainment, Sony Pictures and Live Nation, joined as head as content development and Gregg Hirschorn, previously at PHD Media and Group M, joined as head of content strategy.

VMLY&R

VMLY&R announced the expansion of its West Coast footprint with the addition of a new executive lead, Jennifer DaSilva, who has been promoted to executive director, VMLY&R West. DaSilva will oversee the agency’s client engagement, delivery operations and new business in the Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. In addition, she will continue serving as president at Berlin Cameron.

Wunderman Thompson NA

Wunderman Thompson North America named Peepo David as its group creative director—a promotion form his previous role as creative director at Wunderman Thompson New York. David has already worked at the agency with clients like Nike, Jordan Brand and NBA—and plans to scale his leadership and creative capabilities in this new role.
