Independently held public relations, advertising and digital marketing agency French/West/Vaughan acquired The Millerschin Group, a leading mobility and transportation-focused public relations and integrated marketing agency.
Moore
Data-driven constituent experience management company Moore acquired Merkle Response Management Group, a subsidiary of Merkle. The acquisition aims to support ongoing expansion in processing operations with the help of a portfolio of diverse offerings and team locations.
Nail Communications
Nail Communications launched The Idea Shop, an online retail shop that features bespoke collections advocating for human rights. An acronym for Inclusive, Diverse, Equitable and Accountable, the goal for the shop is to support and promote diverse communities.

The Society for Human Resource Management just celebrated its 75th anniversary. SHRM aims to empower people and workplaces by advancing HR practices and maximizing human potential.
UTA
Global entertainment, talent and sports agency UTA acquired Fletcher & Company, a publishing agency working with fiction and non-fiction writers. Fletcher & Company will join the UTA publishing division and its founder and CEO Christy Fletcher will co-lead the division with current head Byrd Leavell.
WPP
WPP acquired rapidly growing digital transformation agency Fēnom Digital. Fēnom Digital will join Wunderman Thompson’s global commerce capability, which current drives over $30 billion in GMV for brands like Bosch and Microsoft, and will work to help client drive growth across all digital routes to market in all major markets.
