Digital Media Solutions

Digital Media Solutions just signed a multi-year agreement with Seekr to power the media strategy, revenue and advertising operations across the global search advertising platform and vertical content sponsorships. The partnerships aims expand and monetize Seekr’s verticals and—in turn—its global audience and reach.

Fresh Content Society

B-Corp social media management agency Fresh Content Society brought on flower delivery service Flowers for Dreams as a new client. The agency is actively expanding its impact social media marketing arm across the Midwest.


Creative media consultancy is expanding its clientele with four agency of record clients spanning the fintech, wealth management, broadband service and data industries. New clients include Cadre, Carson Wealth, Lumos and Seagate.


Bristol U.K.-based brand agency Halo recently became a certified B-Corporation. This status places Halo as one of less than 0.4% of businesses in the design and advertising industry with this certification—all of which form a community of businesses meeting high standards of social and environmental impact.

Ogilvy PR

Ogilvy PR launched “business influence,” a global offering to empower clients with access to the influence business economy at the B2B level. The offering, led by global head of influence Rahul Titus, will grant clients access to credible industry authorities, helping them grow brand awareness and reputation, form relationships and scale employee engagement.


Ecommerce accelerator Pattern acquired influencer marketing SaaS platform Current. Current brings in notable clients such as Spotify, Oura Ring and Babe Original, as well as creator partners such as Chris Paul, David Suh and Emmy Cho. Current’s technology will be integrated into Pattern’s platform to grow traffic and conversion for consumer product brands.


Sports betting company Betfred Sportsbook named rEvolution as its media agency of record. The agency will drive Betfred’s awareness and subscribers via a social media strategy, which includes media planning, buying and analytics.

Sage Growth Partners

Sage Growth joined forces with Slice of Healthcare to distribute B-to-B and B-to-B-to-C content and exclusive industry insights to healthcare’s top investors, founders and leaders. The partnership will expand Slice of Healthcare’s existing news and healthcare IT podcast content.

Signal AI

Global external intelligence company Signal AI acquired Kelp, an actionable platform for corporate reputation. The partnership will enable executives to make more informed decisions on strategy, emerging opportunities and risk management.

Smyle Group

Sports Presentation Company, a sports and fan engagement agency based in the U.K., was acquired by Smyle Group. The acquisition will expand Smyle Group’s sports event and fan engagement expertise and offerings.

The Gate

Fintech company CrowdStreet chose The Gate as its agency of record. The Gate will work to grow the company’s industry leadership position as the trusted resource for alternative investing in real estate, as well as bring it into the mainstream financial conversation.


Digital creative agency and Conspiracy Theory partner Unfold was chosen as the social media agency of record for Sun-Maid Growers of California and Plum Organics. The agency will begin its work on both accounts this month.
