Miami Ad School Student, Grad Launch Stircup

By Erik Oster

Miami Ad School graduate Roberto Lastra and his brother, current Miami Ad School student Santiago Lastra launched a project called Stircup, “a globally-patented lid and stirrer combination that will change the way consumers drink.”

The Stircup’s lid and stirrer combination lets you keep ingredients stirred at all times, purportedly preventing any ingredients from falling to the bottom of the cup. You can check out the stir cup in action in the 15-second video above. It seems simple to use, and if it works as advertised could really, er, shake things up in the drink industry. The project is launching on Kickstarter September 1, so keep an eye out, and keep twirling, twirling, twirling towards freedom.
