Madwell Hires Alice Too as Managing Director in Hong Kong

Brooklyn-based agency Madwell welcomed Alice Too to its recently-opened Hong Kong office as managing director.

Too will be responsible for translating Madwell’s approach as a point of differentiation in the Hong Kong and China markets, with a focus on the Danone Early Life Nutrition account.

“Madwell’s model is inspiring because the integration is truly brand-driven. I was inspired to learn how much Danone, Madwell Hong Kong’s key client, trusts that process,” Too said. “If a client chooses to consolidate its businesses to one agency, there has to be something truly exciting and unique about the agency. Madwell works differently and thinks differently, and I’m thrilled to be a part of that difference.”


Too arrives at Madwell following three years leading the branding and advertising unit of Shanghai experiential agency Activation Group. A Hong Kong native and industry veteran of nearly two decades, Too has previously worked with agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey and JWT. She loves travel and cooking, and believes nothing brings people together more than laughter and a good meal.

Madwell won a review to serve as agency of record for Verizon’s Visible app and opened a Denver office last October and welcomed two department leads last August.
