Layoffs at McCann New York

A source familiar with personnel matters within McCann New York confirms that “about a half dozen” employees from across the board were laid off today. Those and about nine others, or roughly 15-16, have been laid off from the agency since November.

An agency spokesman was not available for comment, so we can’t say if these employees were given any heads up. What we do know is they worked in the general agency and McCann HumanCare, the agency’s health and wellness practice of McCann Worldgroup.
