New York agency Johannes Leonardo promoted to Maria Perez to head of production and agency operations.
In the role, Perez will be tasked with leading both the production and business affairs departments, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations. She will report directly to Johannes Leonardo president Bryan Yasko and co-founders Jan Jacobs and Leo Premutico.
“Maria has been a game-changer for us,” Yasko said in a statement. “Over the years, she has fearlessly led and operationalized some of our most famous work from inception to completion. It’s no secret that we are in the midst of accelerated growth,
and we are proud to have Maria leading our entire production department.”

Perez joined Johannes Leonardo as an executive producer in 2016, following stints at 72andSunny and 180Amsterdam. She has managed productions for clients including adidas, Alexander Wang, Benetton Coca-Cola, Samsung, Smirnoff and Versace, leading to recognition at Cannes Lions, Clios and The One Shows.
