Alas, there’s no juggling to be had in this video presentation, but if you want to hear the word “value” uttered at least a dozen times, this is the clip for you. In lieu of an op-ed from David Erixon, who founded Hyper Island and served as its managing director from 1995-99 and is now VP, products & consumer experience at Yota Group, we have this recent opus on how brands can behave in a “different way” if they really want to deliver the value that consumers want out of them. If anything, we get to see what a Hyper Island classroom looks like, though the resonance of Erixon’s monologue is in the eyes/ears of the beholder.
