Horizon Sports & Experiences Acquires Blake Sports Group

Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) has acquired Blake Sports Group, a leading full-service sports marketing agency specializing in corporate consulting, event management, athlete marketing and global concierge programs.

Blake Sports Group’s diverse portfolio complements HS&E’s operations and its expanding business strategy, as well as enhancing the agency’s existing event and sponsorship capabilities.

Founded in 2008, the Blake Sports Group’s partners and partnerships include information tech compamy Cognizant for its sponsorship of the F1 Aston Martin car, golf sponsorships with the Cognizant Founders Cup on the LPGA Tour and the President’s Cup on the PGA Tour.

HS&E is an affiliate of Horizon Media, led by founders and co-CEOs David Levy and Chris Weil. Since launching in the fall of 2022, the agency has expanded its portfolio of clients, which now includes the NBA, Top Rank Boxing, Learfield, PayPal, Mohegan Sun, M&T Bank and One Championship. Earlier this year, HS&E created and produced the Pickleball Slam, a first-of-its-kind tournament televised on ESPN featuring tennis legends John McEnroe, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick and Michael Chang.

Blake Sports Group founder and CEO Dennis Blake and agency chief operating officer Darren Blake now join HS&E as executive vice presidents of talent and business development.
