Global Consultancy Flock Associates Hires Former RAPP Executive to Lead U.S. Expansion

Global marketing transformation consulting firm Flock Associates has hired Mitchell Caplan to lead its U.S. expansion as managing director.

Flock Associates’ U.S. client roster already includes such names as McDonald’s, Campbell’s, Johnson&Johnson and T-Mobile.

Caplan joins Flock Associates following a stint as chief growth officer for RAPP, beginning in December of 2016. Prior to that he spent around a year and a half as chief marketing officer for direct, data and digital agency IBT Media and over a year and a half as chief marketing officer for ICF’s Olson before that. He has also served in chief marketing officer for Y&R and McCann New York.
