-Two of Campbell Mithun’s “Lucky 13” interns, Marlena Jordan-Childress and Michael Santee, will stay on with the agency and work in its Compass Point Media unit.

-They certainly aren’t playing. A day after the announcement that the will of late Beastie Boy Adam Yauch prohibited use of the band’s songs in advertisements, the Beasties have sued Monster Energy Drink for copyright infringement. link
