-Joan Creative co-founder and CEO  Lisa Clunie says the midterms offer hope for a more diverse advertising industry.

-DDB Canada chairman and CEO Frank Palmerleaving is the agency.

-Adam&Eve creative director Matt Fitch says advertising “is not a dirty word.”
