-Circus Maximus gives us some gentle genital humor in this spot for “men’s health startup” Roman.

-The Martin Agency shared an internal memo written by CEO Matt Williams promising to “get better” in the wake of sexual harassment claims against former CCO Joe Alexander.

-On that note, ad executives in London discussed how they might best deal with allegations of harassment in the workplace.

-In more positive news, IKEA did a lot of interesting creative work this year.

-Bloomberg/Japan Times reports that Bain Capital (you know, the Mitt Romney one) is ready to spend at least $900 million acquiring other agencies in Asia after buying Asatsu-DK away from WPP.

-MullenLowe Singapore CEO Shannon Cullum is leaving the agency to join mobile influencer platform Jet8 as CMO. 

-Global production company Great Bowery Film named Amy Jones to the head of sales/executive producer role. It also signed photographers and directors Craig Cutler, Patrik Giardino and We Are The Rhoads.

-Arnold Worldwide executive creative director James Bray tells brands to “Stay Home for the Holidays.”

-Cannes Lions chairman Terry Savage is leaving the festival after 2018.
