By Erik Oster

Droga5 announced the additions of group creative directors Justin Ebert, Nick Klinkert and Don Shelford as well as group account directors Blake Crosbie, Agnes Fischer and Melissa Nelson.

Ebert joins the agency after an eleven month stint as a freelancer. Prior to that, he spent nearly four months with Saatchi & Saatchi New York, as a creative director and then executive creative director. Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi in March of 2011, he spent three years with CP+B as an associate creative director.

Klinkert joins Droga5 following just over three years with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as a creative director. Before that he served as a senior vice president, senior creative director at BBDO New York for two and a half years, which followed five years as an art director for BBH New York.

Shelford arrives at Droga5 following around a year and a half freelancing. Prior to that, he spent four years as a creative director with W+K Portland, working with brands such as Nike, Powerade, Target and Levi’s. He also spent a three year stint with the agency beginning in 2004, before leaving to become a director with HSI Productions and then Caviar Content, rejoining the agency in 2010.

“Don, Nick and Justin have worked with some of the most respected brands and agencies in the industry and bring very strong creative standpoints to the table,” chief creative officer Ted Royer told LBB. “They are excellent additions to an already strong senior creative bench, and we are looking forward to seeing them produce great things.”
