DDB & Tribal Worldwide Amsterdam appointed four new members to its senior team with a trio of hires and one promotion. The agency appointed Jorik Houwelingen as strategy planner, Dave Murphy as business director and Sebastiaan Schreer as UX director, while hiring Anna Verkuijlen to a role as a full-time traffic manager.

Houweligen joins the agency from Soda, where he spent the past two years serving as product marketing manager. Before that he spent over four and a half years as a strategy director with Digined, working with clients such as KPN, Simyo and Kraft Heinz, following a brief stint with Telfort as a social and online manager.

Murphy joins DDB & Tribal from Droga5, where he has served as an account director for the past three years, working with clients including Toyota, Comcast Xfinity, Motorola, Johnsonville and Glacéau Smartwater. Prior to joining Droga5 he spent five years with DDB Group Australia as an account manager and account director, working with such clients as McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Unilever (Lipton Ice Tea) and Tourism Australia. That followed a year and a half with George Patterson Y&R as an account executive.
