Grenadier, which launched as a Barkley partner agency focusing on creative and strategy for emerging brands, is becoming part of Barkley. Going forward, the agency’s creative, strategy, account and production teams will report to a company-wide lead regardless of office location, while Grenadier’s leadership team will remain in place in Boulder (while now operating as part of Barkley).
Grenadier partners Wade Paschall (above, right) and Randy Rogers (left) will assume roles as vice president, group creative directors at Barkley, while Grenadier partner, managing director Jeff Graham (middle) will serve as senior vice president, managing director for Barkley.
“I’m excited for our team to be able to work on big, important brand problems faster than we could as a stand-alone agency, and to have the support and depth that our Kansas City office brings us,” Graham said in a statement.
“The agency with the best people wins—and our job is to get an unfair share of great talent,” added Barkley CEO Jeff King. “We believe expanding the Barkley footprint to include Boulder helps us achieve that.”
According to a statement, the goal of the restructuring is to allow the agency to partner clients with the right team, regardless of location, as well as giving Barkley access to talent in the Boulder area.
