Bailey Lauerman, the Omaha-based independent agency that trademarked the phrase “Everything In Between” to refer to the 92% of Americans living outside the country’s 10 largest cities, has expanded with a series of new hires to its Omaha and Los Angeles offices.

The hires come on the heels of new account wins in the financial services, healthcare and energy categories.

“This is an exciting time for us,” Bailey Lauerman CEO Greg Andersen said in a statement. “As we bring insights from the ‘everything in between’ to our clients, our team is strategically made up of those who have a firm understanding of the audiences we are trying to reach.”

Gwen Ivey (pictured) joins the Los Angeles office Bailey Lauerman launched less than a year ago as group account director for Cuties and UnitedHealthcare. Ivey joins Bailey Lauerman from Deutsch L.A., where she most recently served as account director for Uber. Prior to joining Deutsch L.A. as account supervisor for Target at the beginning of 2014, she spent nearly a year and a half as account supervisor for the national Lexus account at Team One. That followed a prior stint with Deutsch, in various account executive roles, beginning in 2008.

Olivia Poggenpohl joins Bailey Lauerman’s Omaha headquarters as group account director, leading regional new business and financial services clients. She arrives at the agency from Objective strategic marketing, where she was owner and director of strategic planning. Over the course of her career she has held a variety of roles at various agencies and in-house marketing departments, working with clients including Pepsi, Sherwin-Williams, Honeywell,  Coleman, Smucker’s and UNMC.

Also joining Bailey Lauerman’s Omaha office are senior account executive Brittany Redden, account supervisor Jocelyn Houston, senior motion designer Casey Stokes, social specialist Rachel Cain, associate copywriter Marlee Ingham and production artist Samantha Evans.

Redden arrives from Omaha-based PR and fund development firm Lukas Partners, where she spent the last six years, leading work for the Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and Gordmans Department Stores. Houston joins Bailey Lauerman from the YMCA of Greater Omaha, where she served as vice president, marketing and communications. Stokes formerly spent over a decade as head of motion for Daake. Cain was most recently a member of the marketing team at TS Banking Group. Ingham is a recent graduate of Texas Tech who interned with Bailey Lauerman over the summer and Evans is a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a BFA in studio art.
