Argonaut Appoints Creative Duo to Lead MetLife

Argonaut appointed creative directors Shane Fleming and Anders Gustafsson to co-lead the agency’s MetLife account, AdAge reports

Fleming arrives at the agency from Facebook’s in-house creative agency, where he most recently served as a creative director and worked on the recent “Friends” campaign. He originally arrived at Facebook in August of 2014, following five years as an associate creative director with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. While at GS&P he worked with both Gustafsson and current Argonaut chief creative officers Rick Condos and Hunter Hindman. He originally joined GS&P as a senior creative in 2007, leaving two years later for a brief stint as an associate creative director at R/GA in May of 2009. Prior to that he spent eight months as interactive creative director with Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners and three years with henderson bas as associate creative director. 

Gustafson arrives at Argonaut from TBWA\Media Arts Lab, where he has served as creative director since January of 2014, helping to lead creative for Apple. Before that he spent just over three years with GS&P, where he worked with Fleming, Condos and Hindman, following a little over a year and a half with CP+B Europe, receiving a promotion to vice president shortly before his departure. That followed over two and a half years with Daddy, the final six months of which he spent serving as creative director.
