Minneapolis-based agency Adventure Advertising appointed Mike Fetrow as equity partner, executive creative director. In the role, Fetrow will lead creative across the agency’s client roster while charting the agency’s overall direction with CEO Scott Mitchell and president Gina Nacey.

A 20-year industry veteran, Fetrow arrives at Adventure from Fetrow Ryan & Partners, the agency he co-founded as a creative director last year. Prior to leaving to form Fetrow Ryan & Partners, he spent two and a half years as an executive creative director with Olson in Minneapolis. That followed two years at Fallon as a group creative director and a year and a half as a vice president, creative director at space150 before that. Prior to joining space150, he spent four years as an executive creative director with Minneapolis agency Colle + McVoy. Over the course of his career, Fetrow has worked with brands including Cadillac, Holiday Inn Express, Saucony and Buffalo Wild Wings.
